There is still a large difference in the amount of money that males are paid in comparison to females. If nothing is done, it appears that this gap could grow even bigger. Several options exist for tackling this problem; one of the best seems to be a gender pay audit. The process doesn’t take a long time, and it helps shed light on the pay difference at various companies.
