The secret to raising a sensitive issue at work

Small work issues can sometimes between much larger problems if no one speaks up. Bringing up some of these can be difficult, but the first step is deciding whether or not it’s a problem worth addressing. Occupational therapist Kim Stephenson suggests a few ways to get the issue with a co-worker out in the open without creating an embarrassing scene. A subtle hint might work with female colleagues, but males may require a more direct route.
