Technology’s impact on education (infographic)

It has been said that the use of technology has only made us lazier and less willing to focus – but research provided by DeVry has show just the opposite when embraced in the classroom.  Professors who actively use social media and other online sources of information have benefitted from an increased workflow and have found a more efficient way to connect with their students.  With the majority of students owning a laptop or desktop computer, digital communication is no longer an extraneous resource for professors and students to tap into.  Emails are now the preferred way of contacting a professor for help.
