Stress at work: Do you have a bad boss?

Perhaps being a Boss isn’t all it is chalked up to be.  With the amount of terrible bosses out there, maybe these powerful figures detest their job as much as their workers.  Who knows?  In a recent study, employees surveyed stated that they had spent almost 20 hours a week simply worrying about a Boss’s actions or emotions – and for good reason.  There are many types of bad bosses out there, including the Bully, the Saboteur, and the Micromanager.  Each has a characteristic to be weary of, especially if you’re on the wrong side of their mood.

Studies have shown that Bosses and Toddlers share characteristics such as stubbornness and impulsiveness – and the overwhelming majority of workers who suffer their wrath experienced physical and emotional problems resulting from stress.
