Small business owners owe over ?30,000 on average

Research conducted by the Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS), has shown that small business owners or those who are self-employed in general have on average a higher amount of debt than the average person. The majority of this debt comes from high-charging short-term credit cards and personal loans that those individuals have taken out.
