First, we have an initial meeting with a senior representative from the organisation to find out how many staff we will be supporting and what their individual job roles have been. Based on that meeting, we tailor an outplacement package that meets your budget and will provide the best support to your employees.
What do we offer?
We offer CV and job application writing, job search coaching, career change coaching, and life coaching. Our prices are flexible, depending on your budget and how long you want us to work with you. Sessions can be done on or off-site, over the telephone or through Skype, and we work around your schedule as far as possible. Through your chosen package we will mentor your staff to take a positive approach to job searching and career change.
