Americans are changing job positions more frequently, than ever before in history. It’s not surprising when you discover that the majority of workers are dissatisfied with their current roles at the workplace, and feel that there is no room for growth or opportunity. Age is no longer as big of a factor as you might think, as more than 200,000 students over the age of 50 have gone back to grad school; seeking a higher degree. Some workers are simply seeking a fresh starter in a more profitable sector of the workforce.
