What is life-coaching?
Life-coaching is a series of proactive sessions that enable you to examine where you are positioned in your life, by breaking it down into its elements. Through a programme of reflective exercises and consultation time with our life-coach, you can bring more positives into your life and learn how to deal practically with the negatives.
How do I decide if life-coaching will be of benefit to me?
If you feel that you need to talk to someone at a deeper level than you normally would with a friend or family member, a life-coach can fill that gap. We all hit periods in our life when it feels that we are not entirely in control but that nothing is ‘wrong’ enough to complain. Life-coaching can benefit you by helping you to redefine your attitude to work, relationships, your social life, and how you create ‘you’ time (and what you do with it).
Will life-coaching help me to overcome my fears?
Yes. Together with your life-coach, you can examine one-by-one the fears that are holding you back from enjoying greater fulfilment and accepting more challenges.
However, life-coaching is not the same as counselling or psychotherapy. If you have deeper or traumatic issues that need to be resolved, we will help you to identify this and advise you to consider these avenues first.
