How to add some sparkle to your Resume

Crafting together a resume is no simple task, and sometimes the right works (or the lack of) can make or break the initial impression you form in the first few paragraphs of your resume.  This document shows a few proven example of how to capture a recruiter’s attention by adding a distinct paragraph above your achievements, which in turn highlight the character of the individual.

Sometimes it’s best not to add too much to a well written paragraph, and it can even detract from the writing by overstating and over-claiming qualities and achievements about the person.  Ideally, you want to make bold claims, without feeling too big headed.
