Facebook breaks mean happier, more productive employees?

For many who have jobs behind a computer desk and keyboard, facebook and other forms of internet usage at the workplace has been banned. A research firm Keas performed a study and found that allowing facebook usage at work actually promotes a happier, more productive worker. An Academy of Management first actually ran a study that divided two groups of workers. The one with access to Facebook was more productive.
