Employment law not fit for purpose say UK firms

As businesses struggle to run their business and keep qualified staff on board, they must take a look at the changing employment laws and understand how they’re affected.  Less than 10% of the recruiters questioned said that they were happy with the current employment law.  A larger percent of people questioned stated that the laws made it difficult to rid themselves of underperforming staff.  If this wasn’t enough – new pension laws have also left some employers unprepared to deal with their underperforming workforce, which will ultimately have an effect on their bottom line.
