Discrimination During the Hiring Process [Infographic]

Discrimination plays a part in hiring process. Recruiters see partiality while recruiting the people. So EEOC is formed in 1965 to give Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.EEOC is responsible to avoid the discrimination in hiring process due to age,religion,sex,disability and national origin. The largest number of charges due to discrimination in 2011 was due to race/color,retaliation and gender. Due to Discrimination,few people sued from their job because of their religion and when found the girl was pregnant. There are few steps to avoid the discrimination: 1) Establish written/objective criteria 2) Ask same questions to all 3) In-House training
