    Hey Liam,

    I have seen many potentially brilliant candidates ignored and some crappy ones selected. I think companies start to realise the cost of poor recruitment but the number of candidate these days is overwhelming. You might say you have more choice but that’s not always a good thing since it stretches the process and the company might actually loose productivity by sitting on the fence.
